When State Higher Education Minister Yogendra Upadhyay appeared before the media on Monday, he got entangled in his own words. Agreement reached in 2004, not signed
The minister referred to a memorandum of understanding in the press conference. Said that an agreement was reached in 2004. His name was also there in it. But, this was not implemented. The land deed was not done. The agreement got canceled within a year.

He told that Nemchand Jain had hired Ravi Kushwaha as a watchman. His intentions were flawed. So he met a person from Saifai family. Ravi Kushwaha was lured with money.
